What it is
Bathing an animal that does not want a bath is a race. Anything that removes a step helps, and the usual step to lose is stopping to pour more shampoo into your palm.
The handle holds the shampoo and releases it through the head as you scrub, so you can keep one hand on the animal throughout. The silicone nubs work the lather down to the skin and the comb edge along the back pulls loose hair out while the coat is wet, which is when it comes away most easily.
